Provide a short description of categories listed below.

Liquid cooling heat dissipation systems operate under continuous challenges of high-pressure coolant circulation and alternating hot-cold thermal cycles in AI servers, data centers, energy storage power stations and new energy vehicles. Pipeline connecting components demand ultra-high sealing performance and dimensional precision, with machining tolerances as tight as ±0.03mm.

Our core machined products cover a full range of liquid cooling pipeline connectors, including straight quick-disconnect fittings, L-type elbow fittings, flange adapters, external thread fittings, mounting base fittings and more.

Conventionally assembled fittings carry risks of liquid leakage and pressure drop loss. By contrast, CNC/NC one-piece formed fittings feature dense integral structures, which greatly boost sealing reliability and service life. All precision components are mass-produced on CNC lathes, enabling smooth assembly without jamming or sticking.

The main body adopts 316L stainless steel, which delivers excellent corrosion resistance and resistance to chloride ion erosion, suitable for long-term immersion in coolant and high-humidity computer room environments.

We maintain sufficient production capacity and long-term supply support, and provide customized development services for multiple liquid cooling system integrators.

IndustryLiquid Cooling Fittings Products

3C and smart wearable products aim for miniaturization and high aesthetic appearance.

With limited internal space, they have extremely strict requirements for component sizes and surface textures. The processing tolerance is uniformly set at ±0.05mm.

The main products include mobile phone hinges, camera brackets, TWS headphones metal casings, and heat dissipation aluminum alloy brackets.

The external components are processed using anodizing, vacuum PVD electroplating, and mirror polishing techniques to achieve uniform coloration in multiple colors;

the internal transmission structure adopts MIM technology, integrating 7-8 independent components into one unit, reducing assembly processes and eliminating assembly noise.

Eight sets of dedicated MIM injection molding equipment and 40 sets of CNC equipment are equipped to ensure rapid prototyping and large-scale production;

a 2.5D image analyzer is used for full-size inspection to ensure the high consistency of batch products.

Consumer Electronics

Industrial cameras, gimbal modules, testing instruments and other precision equipment operate under long-term high-frequency running and precision assembly working conditions. Structural components require extremely tight geometric tolerances and consistent assembly accuracy, with machining tolerances controlled within ±0.02 mm.

Our core machined products cover a full lineup of precision structural parts, including equipment cavity housings, lens adapters, gear turntables, mounting brackets, fixing pressure plates, internal partitions and other related components.

Conventional sheet metal spliced and welded parts suffer from insufficient structural strength and assembly deviation. In contrast, CNC one-piece formed aluminum alloy structural parts feature superior rigidity and stable dimensional performance, which greatly improve the overall precision and service life of equipment. All precision parts are mass-produced via CNC machining centers, ensuring smooth assembly without misalignment.

The surface adopts sandblasting plus anodizing treatment, delivering delicate texture as well as outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term service of industrial equipment. High-strength aluminum alloys such as 6061-T6/T5 and 7075 are selected as base materials to balance lightweight design and structural rigidity.

Smart Rings & Wearable Product

Smart rings, health monitoring finger rings and other wearable devices are worn close to the skin for extended periods, with constant exposure to sweat, personal care products and daily abrasion. Housing structural components demand ultra-high dimensional accuracy and superior wear comfort, with machining tolerances controlled at ±0.02 mm.

Our core machined products cover precision wearable components including main ring frames, inner grooved opening structural parts, sensor mounting housings, electrode contact bases and more.

Parts manufactured by traditional casting or powder metallurgy suffer from rough surfaces and severe dimensional deviations. In contrast, CNC one-piece formed titanium alloy structural components deliver precise contours and smooth inner walls, greatly improving wearing conformity and product texture. All precision ring parts are mass-produced on CNC lathes, enabling seamless assembly free of burrs.

The surface undergoes high-precision polishing and vacuum electroplating treatment, providing skin-friendly tactility alongside excellent wear resistance and anti-allergy performance, ideal for all-day close-fitting wear in daily scenarios.

TC4 titanium alloy is adopted as the primary material, featuring light weight, high strength and outstanding biocompatibility. We support customized development for numerous smart wearable brand manufacturers.
